St John the Baptist Parish Church, Church Hill, Sedlescombe

St John the Baptist Church, Sedlescombe

At the heart of our Church Family is the celebration of the 10.30 am Sunday Eucharist.
The Lord's own service, for the Lord's own people, on the Lord's own day.
The Church is open from dawn to dusk. Morning Prayer is offered up daily by members of our Church family in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel at 9.00 am and you are very welcome to join them. There is an intercession book on the Welcome Desk just inside the church door, and an opportunity to light votive candles in the nave of the Church.

Please do visit the Church, to pause and pray awhile.

Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Matrimony, and Confession are all joyfully celebrated here with arrangements made through Fr Kevin Mepham, our Priest-in-Charge.

The Churchyard is beautiful and over the centuries many of the Villagers of Sedlescombe have found their resting place here. There is a memorial book, to remember the Souls of the Faithful Departed in our Church Family prayers, on their anniversary. Again please contact Fr Kevin for further details.
