St John the Baptist Church Sedlescombe is at the centre of a vibrant community with a busy calendar of events.

Wednesday 6 March - Ashing Service at Sedlescombe Church at 7pm

Thursday 7 March - Cafe & Mini Market at Sedlescombe Village Hall 10 - 11.30am

Every Friday during Lent - Lent Lunches 12noon to 1.30pm at 2 Forge Cottages, The Green, Sedlescombe, £3 each, beginning on 8 March. We invite you to join us for homemade soup and crusty bread. All proceeds to a charity yet to be chosen.

Saturday 23 March - Courtyard Sale at The Rectory from 10am 

Thursday  18 April - Maundy Thursday Agape Meal at Sedlescombe at 7pm 

Friday 19 April - Good Friday 2pm at Sedlescombe, 6pm at Whatlington 

Sunday 21 April -  Easter Eucharist at 10.30am at Sedlescombe 

Sunday 21 & Monday 22 April -  Easter Flowers, Tea & Cakes in Sedlescombe, Sunday 1-4pm, Monday 10.30am-4pm 

Sunday 28 April - APCM at 12noon at Sedlescombe after the morning service

Sunday 5 May - Sung evensong at Whatlington at 6pm

Saturday 22 June - Whatlington Singers in Whatlington Church

Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 June - Flower Festival in Sedlescombe Church; details to follow 

The first Thursday of every month -
Mini Market and Cafe in Sedlescombe Village Hall from 10 - 11.30am 
Morning Prayers: Monday - Saturday at 9am

Sunday Services at Sedlescombe Parish Church:-
Sundays -
Parish Communion at 10.30am except the 1st Sunday every month which is an informal    Family Service
All Sunday Services at Sedlescombe are followed by light refreshments

2nd Sunday - Family Service at 10.30am followed by refreshments

 except March - Evening Service at 6pm in place of 9.15am communion
              May -   Sung Evensong at 6pm with the Whatlington Singers
